The Whirl 4 Kids 5K will take place on April 11, 2026, in downtown Wilson, NC. Created to bring the community together for a meaningful cause, this event benefits Mulligans Fore Kids and the children and families they serve.
More than just another 5K, the goal is to create a fun, high-energy downtown atmosphere with strong support from local businesses and the addition of food trucks to give the morning a true community festival feel. Participants will receive finisher medals, and awards will be presented to top finishers.
The race is open to runners and walkers of all levels. We’re proud to partner with local businesses to make this a true community event and to keep the focus on supporting kids right here in our area.
We hope it feels welcoming, well-organized, and something the community looks forward to each year.
Food trucks will be available in addition to local restaurants in the downtown Wilson area
Registration Prices:
- Through 3/20: $30
- 3/21 - 4/20: $35
- Race Day: $45
Registration includes a race shirt through March 20th (or while sizes last).
